Admittedly, it has been a very long time since I've attempted to host any kind of party, so I'm just a tad out of practice. But it wouldn't be anything too big--we do still have studies to attend to.

I was thinking a gathering of fellow students and I was wondering if anyone would be interested in perhaps...tea and biscuits? Some cake as well? Or pie, as that seems to be seasonally appropriate.

Tuesday? If that's not too short of notice, is it? Outdoors, weather permitting, or in a corner of the Great Hall unless someone has a better suggestion for tea-time?

The most casual. School uniforms are perfectly acceptable, unless you'd like to wear something else. Crowley will probably not be in uniform, because he rather refuses to be be, but that's just how he is.
