Help Wanted: Electric Guitar Repair

Remember that evil genie thing that was stuck at the fountain? I wished for an electric guitar just to see how they'd take it and I was promised it would play awesome music. A friend helped me figure out it's definitely not a complete dud.

So I'm looking for anyone who has enough experience with them for helping me work out the loophole causing the problem.

Wow, that's really nice. It's gonna be awesome when we get it working. Have you tried any magic on it?

No spells, but Noa and I did try tying it up with some spare wiring to a bunch of those electro generators that are all the rage right now.

[The lack of input jacks for any sort of intended connections should make the challenge extra interesting...]

Didn't want to jump all the way to drilling holes or cracking the entire thing open just yet.

[Someone seems to be second-guessing their note. A few more words appear and get scratched out before a fresh note gets pinned up.]

When you play one, you can feel the sound in your bones! Like insect buzzing or a lightning strike?

You know, while I personally don't have any experience with repairing guitars, I bet I could find it in the Junior Woodchuck's Guidebook! There's everything in there, from how to pitch a tent to how to raise a sunken boat, to how to speak the extinct language of ancient Lydian!

If it's anywhere to be found, it's there.

Alright, I did indeed find a few things! While further instruction will depend on the model of your guitar, there's definitely a good bit of information in the book here. Do you know what your problem is yet, or is that going to be part of the diagnostic process?

Might be a good idea to start from the top, just in case I don't have the right idea. But meeting somewhere would probably be better than standing where we are all day.

I think starting from the top is an excellent course of action! As is meeting somewhere for face-to-face effectiveness.

[Once somewhere was planned, Huey picked up his notes and his Guidebook, and headed off to meet Spyro at the chosen location.]

[Spyro's choice of a meeting spot is a place close to the Valhudor dorm since he's made plenty of friends within his assigned house and it's more public compared to showing someone the suite he sleeps in.]
