Slightly backdated.
[It's early in the morning when a new post on the BBS goes up.]
Guys, it's Louie. I want to see if anyone else knows anything about this. I mean, the weirdest thing happened last night.
I think I went home. Not just for a night, either. I mean, maybe it was some kind of dream, but it felt so real, and I had a weird dream that was definitely a dream. I think. I don't know! That felt pretty real, too.
Has something like this happened to anyone else?

And like I'm not gonna worry? I'm your friend. Sheesh!

Oh. Thanks, man, and sorry - I didn't mean it like that.
It really was a weird dream. There was this woman and she was really stressed out about this green ball that was breaking, I guess? But then she said it was okay for now, but everything else was getting messed up, and... I don't know, it's dumb, but it kind of freaked me out.

[Cliff knows about people who have, and his mother had been one of those. But that's a gift he doesn't share--geomancers can scry the future, but they're not always that good at it. He sure isn't.]
Maybe you ought to keep a dream journal, just in case you see her again. Couldn't hurt, right?

I don't know about a dream journal, though. That sounds like a lot of extra work.
way belated because brains are at a premium sometimes.
No problem!

[He has no idea if Cliff actually does know what he means: that they're friends, so just being there is enough. But good luck getting Louie to put that down on paper.]

[There's a pause before he writes a bit more.]
Thanks for that.
