It's a two-dimensional circle of a rubbery material with a cut out in the middle, that's filled with air to remain buoyant.

If not it wouldn't be hard to find someone to conjure one up. It's not a complicated design.

I was on an important journey back home, so we didn't have a lot of time for things like that. We dipped our feet in a little, and I went fishing so it was relaxing but not as fun as I wish it could have been.
