We've had that golem go nuts, and apparently there's a murderous teacher out there. Even where I'm from, that's not totally normal.

So here's my question: Who's looking out for people here? Not just looking out for the Sundered, but anyone. Where I'm from, there are people with awesome special abilities who protect civilians. They're called superheroes. But there's also all kinds of heroes who do brave and amazing things without any of that.

Maybe I'm just looking in the wrong places, but I'm not seeing a lot of that here, and it's almost been a month for me. Has anyone else noticed something?

Well, I don't know about us all being from tabletop games, but okay. That sounds like a pretty wild mission! I've dealt with some high-pressure work before, but nothing quite like that.
