"Generally if one wants a party of good aligned adventurers for a task, one checks the local tavern. As I am already on my own mission and neutral aligned, I could not tell you where that would be, unfortunately. I am sorry. I would not, however, count on the NPC authorities here. They do not seem to be useful for much, not even quick EXP. This place also seems to be lacking in random encounters."
