Now that we're all getting settled in, I thought it might be nice if we introduce ourselves! So many lovely new faces, and I'm sure much has changed for those of us making a return as well.

So let's put this bulletin board to good use: Who are you?

And we should probably share a little tidbit about ourselves as well. A get-to-know each other--but nothing like those hellish corporate ice-breakers. You're absolutely not obligated to participate, of course, but it does seem like good fun, doesn't it?

I'll go first: My name is Mr. Fell; I love cocoa and long walks in the park, and I own a bookshop back home.

Our parents would have probably gotten mad at her if they find out that she's dating some of the boys without them knowing beforehand, especially my dad: he's a little strict than most dads would be.

Really? What are dads usually like about that kinda thing?

My dad's more on the old fashioned kind of parents. Strict, conservative, and maybe overprotective at times.

Back in my world, some parents can be little bit hard on their kids when they grow up to have crushes and have a romantic interest on whoever fancies them the most, mostly out of concern for their kids' well-being or safety. Some more so than the rest and my dad can be that at times.

Oh I see! I think some dads are like that where I come from too, at least from what I've heard.

Agreed. Parents can react to the same things regardless of which world they may be in.

That's what I've heard! I wouldn't know though.

Same here. There are also times when I don't get my folks sometimes.

When I first met my relatives in Santorini, I felt out of place among them since we never visited them until recently.

Well it's not that really. Truth is, I don't technically have parents.

But what was it like getting to meet your relatives?

Oh, never mind what I just said earlier. Maybe we can discuss a little bit more about what would the first day of classes would be for us.

What kind of classes are you looking forward to this semester?

Okay! And I'm looking forward to ALL my classes! Although I think I have to take some math classes because of my house.

That's pretty neat to hear. Mine has me needing to study Etiquette and the History of the Tenscore Kingdoms as part of my subjects since they require us to practice proper decorum and behave ourselves.

I was told that they have very high standards by some of my house mates.

Really? Those classes sound fun too though. What house are you in?

I'm in Gekronus Maius.

Oh! I'm in Purifeul. I think our houses are supposed to be rivals, right?

Yeah, I think so too. I was briefed on the rivalry among the Houses, ours included, a while ago.

I don't know too much about it, honestly, just what I heard from some of the other students in my house. It seems kinda silly though.

I just don't get the whole rivalry situation either: me and my friends back at home are like worlds apart personality wise, but we still manage to be good friends with each other.

And I thought that the cliques on shows and films were that weird to begin with.

Yeah. I didn't really know much people before, but I have a new family now, and they're all really different but super nice and interesting!

Wow, that is great to hear. They must be a wonderful family to be with.
