Now that we're all getting settled in, I thought it might be nice if we introduce ourselves! So many lovely new faces, and I'm sure much has changed for those of us making a return as well.


So let's put this bulletin board to good use: Who are you?


And we should probably share a little tidbit about ourselves as well. A get-to-know each other--but nothing like those hellish corporate ice-breakers. You're absolutely not obligated to participate, of course, but it does seem like good fun, doesn't it?



I'll go first: My name is Mr. Fell; I love cocoa and long walks in the park, and I own a bookshop back home.

Well roleplaying games are a type of game where you play a role. You create a character with abilities and class and the dungeon master sets up when battles happens and what you come across and basically the story.

It's interesting.

[First of all, he lived and worked in Soho. The ringleader of a tabletop dice game is not the definition of dungeon master he's used to hearing.] It sounds delightful. Like an improvisational play but with battles? Or a narrated story you act out? Do you get to swashbuckle with your fellow players?

Thats pretty much what it is. A improvised game with battles and having to throw dice to determine things.
